दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सतेंद्र जैन का बयान दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्री सतेंद्र जैन ने कहा कि कल 9 लोगों की मौत हुई है। दिल्ली में अभी तक कुल 115 लोगों की मौत हुई है। तीन दिन पहले हमने सभी अस्पतालों को मौत की समरी भेजने के लिए निर्देशित किया था। अब सभी अस्पताल डेथ समरी भेज रहे हैं। एक सवाल के जवाब में स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि हमने पहले भी बताया था कि अगर अस्पताल में 4 मौतें हुईं हैं, तो मृतकों के नाम, पते आदि के बारे में पूछा जाता है। बिना डेथ समरी के यह बता पाना मुश्किल है। इसलिए हमने डिजाॅस्टर एक्ट के तहत सभी अस्पतालों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे डेथ समरी भी दें।

डीएम आॅफिस में संक्रमण फैलने पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि ये फ्रंट लाइन वर्कर्स हैं। पिछले दो महीने से लाॅकडाउन में ज्यादातर सरकारी कार्यालय बंद थे। यह लोग क्षेत्र में निकल कर दिन-रात काम कर रहे थे। फ्रंट लाइन में काम करने के दौरान संक्रमण की ज्यादा संभावना रहती है। जांच को लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने प्रोटोकाॅल बनाया हुआ है। अगर जरूरी (मैंडेटरी) टेस्ट कराते हैं, तो यदि हमने एक लाख टेस्ट कराया और उसमें से कोई भी संक्रमित नहीं मिला तो फिर उसका कोई मतलब (तर्क) नहीं हुआ। इसका तरीका यह है कि रैपिड टेस्ट कराया जाए। रैपिड टेस्ट की अभी तक केंद्र सरकार ने अनुमति नहीं दी है। जब केंद्र सरकार इसकी अनुमति देगी, तब रैपिड टेस्ट कराएंगे। इसके अलावा आरटी-पीसीआर टेस्ट करना बहुत की जटिल सिस्टम है। जो लोग स्वस्थ्य हैं, उनमें से ज्यादातर लोग आरटी- पीसीआर टेस्ट कराने के लिए तैयार नहीं है। यह टेस्ट कराने के लिए कोई सामने ही नहीं आता है। दिल्ली में बढ़ रहे आंकड़ों पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सतेंद्र जैन ने कहा कि सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि कितने दिनों के अंदर केस दोगुने हुए हैं। अभी दिल्ली में केस दोगुना होने की रफ्तार 11-12 दिन चल रहा है। पहले दोगुना होने की रफ्तार तीन-चार दिन था, जो 6-7 दिन पर पहुंचा और अब 11-12 दिन हो गया है। यदि केस दोगुना होने की रफ्तार 20 या इससे अधिक दिन हो जाए, तो अच्छा रहेगा।

17 मई के बाद दिल्ली में रियायतें मिलने की संभावना पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सतेंद्र जैन ने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी ने जनता से सुझाव मांगे थे। जनता से 5 लाख से अधिक सुझाव आए हैं। सभी सुझावों पर विचार किया गया है और पाॅलिसी बनाई जा रही है। एक-दो दिन में पता चल जाएगा कि क्या-क्या खुलेगा। जो कुछ भी खुलेगा, वहां सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का कड़ाई से पालन कराया जाएगा। मैं पुनः कहना चाहता हूं कि दो महीने के लाॅकडाउन के बाद सब कुछ देख कर काफी अनुभव मिला। किसी को पता नहीं था कि यह वायरस किस तरह व्यवहार करेगा। लोगों को लगा था कि लाॅकडाउन हम करेंगे और एक महीने के बाद खत्म हो जाएगा। गर्मी आने के बाद वायरस खत्म हो जाएगा। यह बहुत अच्छी बात थी। लेकिन अब ऐसा नहीं लगता है कि यह एक-दो महीने में खत्म होने वाली चीज थी। अब हमें इससे बचने के लिए तरीका निकालना पड़ेगा। हमें बार-बार अपने हाथों को धोते रहना चाहिए। साबुन या सैनिटाइजर से हाथ साफ करते रहें। घर से बाहर निकलने के दौरान 100 प्रतिशत लोग मास्क अवश्य लगाएं। सभी लोग सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करें। इसके अलावा, वरिष्ठ नागरिक, खासकर 65 से अधिक उम्र के लोगों को बचा कर रखना होगा। जो लोग किसी भी गंभीर बीमारी से ग्रसित हैं। मसलन, किडनी खराब है, कैंसर, शुगर और हार्ट की बीमारी है, यह लोग अपने आप को बचा कर रखें। यदि हम इन बातों पर ज्यादा ध्यान देंगे, तो इस बीमारी से बचना आसान रहेगा।
